What it does

CourseSpine is local-first. The video files stay where they already are on your disk, and your progress through them is kept on the same machine, in a local SQLite database, rather than on a server.

A course you have downloaded is just a folder of numbered video files. Nothing remembers where you stopped, so you scrub through a lecture to find the place. CourseSpine treats the folder as a course: it keeps your place, and it does it on your own machine.

A one-off purchase gives you a licence key, and the app runs offline after that.
